Welcome to Pray.Global ("we", "us", "our" or the "Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our SMS prayer time alert service. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Pray.Global, including submitting your phone number to receive SMS alerts, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Are the owner of the phone number provided, or have authorization from the owner.

2. Description of Service

Pray.Global provides tools and services designed to assist with Islamic prayer practice, including but not limited to:

• Prayer time reminders via SMS text messages.
• Location-based prayer time calculations.
• Optional web-based tools such as prayer timetables and related information.

The primary function of our SMS program is to send you time-based prayer reminders based on the location information you provide.

3. SMS Alert Program Terms

3.1 Subscription, Consent, and Data Collected

When you subscribe to our SMS alert program, you specifically agree that we may collect and use the following information solely to provide the Service:

• Name: Used to personalize communications (optional in some cases).
• Mobile phone number: Used to send SMS prayer alerts.
• Location: City, region, and/or coordinates used to calculate accurate prayer times.

By subscribing, you:

• Consent to receive automated SMS messages related to prayer time alerts.
• Understand that message frequency may vary, but is typically up to 5 messages per day (one per obligatory prayer), depending on your settings.
• Acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.

3.2 Opt-Out and Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from our SMS alert program at any time by:

• Replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us; or
• Contacting us directly using the contact details in Section 13.

Once you unsubscribe, you will receive a single confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS alerts unless you re-subscribe.

3.3 Data Deletion After Unsubscribe

When you unsubscribe from the SMS alert program, we will:

• Remove your name, phone number, and location from our active SMS databases within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days).
• Retain only minimal records if necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or demonstrate compliance (for example, proof of opt-out), and only for as long as required.

3.4 Help and Support

If you need help with our SMS alert program, you may:

• Reply "HELP" to any message; or
• Contact us by email as listed in Section 13.

3.5 Carrier and Delivery Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or network issues.
• Charges imposed by your carrier for SMS or data usage.
• Anything resulting from you providing an incorrect or unauthorized phone number.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and current information when subscribing.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Pray.Global, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Tech Revamp, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers (such as SMS gateway providers and hosting companies) to operate and deliver the Service. These providers may process your name, phone number, and location strictly for the purpose of providing the Service on our behalf. We do not permit them to use your information for their own marketing or unrelated purposes.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any particular message will be delivered, or delivered at a specific time.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Revamp, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech Revamp, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
